Shipping Timeframes

  • Metro Manila: 2-5 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 3-7 business days
  • International Orders: Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Typically, international orders take 7-21 business days.

Tracking Information

  • Domestic and international orders will include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
